Tap water here tastes like bleach and chemicals, they use that to make it drinkable.

Based, in all of south America they blast water with chloride to make it drinkable but ends up tasting like shit, even there the water in latam is filled with lead and iron because of the old infraestructure and the fact that water sources are usually rivers, depends on the district how they purify it but a filter fixes pretty much every issue and makes ittaste good

I wish we could drink tapwater. It may look clean but tapwater here contains lead, chlorine and other harmful stuff that's why you'll see "Reverse osmosis" water purifiers in almost all homes here.
