The ones that make it through the social/intellectual filter are world leaders in technological and economic globe. For example, Americans haven't won a IEEE competition since 1999. Look at any cutting edge paper and there are going to be 3-4 Chinese people on them. The Chinks are probably the only country that effectively dealing with shit gene trash humans.
