Residents of Riga complain that the Lithuanian employees in the companes of the city do not know the Latvian language and trying to communicate with them in Russian or English. Politicians are concerned.
The center of the state language of Latvia is going to put sanctions against Lithuanian companies that recruit employees who do not know the Latvian language.
