i get 25 days vacation and my middle of the road $80k salary is only taxed at 24%. you can really do a lot better in the US if you're trying to be well of financially. the biggest downsides to living in the US are that in europe travelling to other countries is much easier than from the US, you can't really take your vacation in big chunks, and you have to listen to US politics.

Whats your field? The easiest way is to work for an international company and ask to get relocated in Europe. That way you dont have to deal with visa bullshit, get an American high wage, and after 5 years you get citizenship. Many of the Americans I met working in Europe went that route. Student visa only lets you work for part time minimum wage jobs. If you cant speak the language you cant even work at Mcdonalds or retail. Best job is IT/Soft dev, you dont have to speak the language. But theres lots of poor EU members from South/Eastern Europe migrating to North/West Europe and willing to work for shit pay. Its really really hard to find an employer willing to sponsor a non EU person, you must be highly qualified/in demand skills, no one will go through that process for a non qualified person.

Vienna has some Muslims but its mainly Balk/Slav/Magyar niggers. So many times Ive asked for directions in German in Vienna and they start cursing me in Serbian.

For German and Austrian student visa you need to prove you have 10k euros in savings. As the other poster said you are only allowed to work part time and it will be hard not speaking German. Basically no bachelor programmes are in English, Masrers programmes have a lot more English courses. If you don't have a bachelors degree, arent studying STEM, dont speak the language, and dont have savings, dont bother. Dutch and British unis are very expensive for non EU. Finnish & Swedish unis are only free for EU members. The only other career I could think of is an elementary school English teacher but you most likely have to have a solid grasp of the country's language and it's shit pay.

in my experience working for multinationals its actually really hard to transfer within european companies to europe, because usually they're trying to build up their manpower in the US, not the other way around. it's probably easier to start in a US multinational and transfer to their European branch.
