wtf i love augur now
fake news
once Trump gets wind of this its bye bye crypto. You think the United States of America, ruler of the world would let you insult the president this way? Heh, nice try kid.
---Probably on some three latter agency v& list.
Hit submit too fast, fuck. FUCK
Didn't mean to FBI.
Pretty sure I invented this as augur FUD. This is the equivalent of sending creepy messages to the chainlink team.
No, assassination markets where envisioned in the mid 90's. Everyone involved with Augur long enough knew we would see these within a week time. This isn't FUD, it is the full potential of a decentralized prediction market. By no means am I saying this is right or you should participate. But everyone familiar with the Crypto Anarchist Manifesto saw it coming as soon Augur got its whitepaper out.

> The State will of course try to slow or halt the spread of this technology, citing national security concerns, use of the technology by drug dealers and tax evaders, and fears of societal disintegration. Many of these concerns will be valid; crypto anarchy will allow national secrets to be trade freely and will allow illicit and stolen materials to be traded. An anonymous computerized market will even make possible abhorrent markets for assassinations and extortion. Various criminal and foreign elements will be active users of CryptoNet. But this will not halt the spread of crypto anarchy.
This will be a very important test of Cryptocurrencies, and Augur may fuck us all.
Regardless, it is part of the predicted timeline.
Agreed.
This was destined to happen. Prediction markets have been around as a concept for a while now. You can't having crypto succeed in the long term without stepping on the toes of the state.
fugg this is by no means good
This is a buy signal, right?
Augur dump and ban incoming
For sure my man, critics won't use a presidential assassination token against crypto
This will play real well in front of the SEC
it literally cannot be banned or even censored.
That's what decentralization is all about desu.
Yeah u know, except for the decentralized part u dumb fucking cuck.
It's a San Fran based company run by scammers that took 3 years to make a fucking wix template website.
If you're dumb enough to state that augur is decentralized then IN THE TRASH IT GOES
You know nothing at about crypto.
Please run me through the steps of taking Augur down. Thanks.
> You literally cannot.
this is good for crypto
Wow, finally a real life use case for crypto.
How does this work. If one wants someone killed, one has to place a bet against the person dying at a certain date?
How does Augur work?
If you "bet" that someone will die, and then they die, doesn't a centralized authority have to trigger the condition that that person died?
>Please run me through the steps of taking Augur down. Thanks.
51% attack
augur is centralized anyway, if they can remove any item or steal/transfer tokens without the sole permission of the holder.
at least their oracles are slightly decentralized, which is more than can be said for chainlinks entirely centralized oracles

A bunch of idiots will get arrested by the SS or FBI
