I've written up business plans to open my own fresh cold pressed juice bar and eatery/deli with fresh foods. I have years of management experience, especially in restaurants. I'm currently crippled with student loan debt and can't act on my dreams. I'm not particulary driven by massive profits although it would be great. We have incredible challenges to face in this world, increasingly the average person becoming essentially a slave. Everything begins with nutrition, healthier working people will not be content and will be more likely to fight their oppression. Everyone can work in a kitchen. Most of the profits will go to the employees, but they will also be essentially running things and eventually my presence will no longer needed as much. This will allow me to open more locations because my main focus is incredibly high volume of customers. The employees will be able to make a career out of this opportunity if they so choose. Eventually if I had the funds, I would use urban indoor vertical farming to grow perfect organic produce, which might even be able to be done on site or near by each location. Removing the distributor from the equation and growing the produce I'd be selling would allow for ridiculous profit margins and savings. Subway currently has the most locations of any fast casual dining setting at 34,000 +. I'm not motivated by money, but by a need to take over the industry through market share and change how food service functions in America.

Atm in my country people sell them on markets in the summer or there are some limited stuff(foreign mostly) in stores. Maybe even add some meal calculators so people would see how much $ they will spend on different meals to compare with their "normal" meals.

A juice fast is great for health, but just getting the juice in your diet is more than enough. Some people experience naseua or an upset stomach the first few days or so they drink it. Your body is getting multiples of 100% of their daily vitamin requirements. I drank a juice earlier that had around 400% daily Vit C requirement for example.
