What now? Gen X started entering the workforce in the 80s. In 2008, the oldest were in their 40s and the youngest in their early 30s/very late 20s. They were well out of school and completely in by the time the recession hit.
Those who were born in the late 80s were just getting out of college as the recession hit. They had hell trying to find skilled labor.
Those of us born in the early 90s were either in or just getting out of high school. We had trouble finding unskilled labor because all those jobs were taken by skilled people who got laid off.
