My chest has improved a lot from a mixture of lifting and stretching. Not just cosmetically, but my sternum has also expanded outward slightly.

Try clasping your hands behind your back, stretching out your chest and inhaling greatly. I did this exercise nonstop for 4 years and it has really helped.

I have marfans syndrome and people generally treat me like shit. Very hard life made me tough. Ive been jumped on the street and stabbed a few times and when i was younger and played football and futbol with other kids they would cheap shot me because i was really skinny and odd looking and it made them think i was weak. Little did they know my older brother was obsessed with WWF and performed all the famous moves on me everyday, so i was very trained with high pain tolerance + very long reach cuz alien monkey arms. I got i fight during football one day, i was 12 and a 14 year old was putting his foot behind people and pushing them over, so i avenged and did it back to him, he got pissed off and jumped on me and started trying to punch me, i got my legs in hid stomach and launced him off of me and we both got up, he punched but missed cuz manlet arms, i then gave him a right hook from hell. Busted his jaw pretty good and the dumbass nearly bit his tongue off. He fell and i put my foot in his throat and told him to apologize to everyone he cheaply shoved over and lucky for him a college age guy came over and picked me up and walked away with me. Whoops sorry my post got out of hand. Anyway, my torso/ribs/chest are very long and deformed and if i swim people will stare and used to make fun of me alot, but i put them in their place if i have too. My gf says it is cute, bless her heart for trying to make me feel better with little fibs like that
