It's designed cheap to make a bunch. Each room is 100sqft, which is very small but just enough for the average Asian. The buildings are designed to change the desires for a livable city but instead to fit the needs of Asians, which are to be soulless and efficient. Beauty is a waste of time and its why they buy up the real estate and all the boards that green light shit and take over. Happening all over the US and Canada (and some extent in the Netherlands)
