Stuff like Karelia, Sakhalin seems okay. Siberia and ural being it's own entity is impossible, they are made to serve russiam overlords. Vostok is probably chinese lended land in the future. Could be. No way idel ural and caucasus are getting independent.
Overall, this map is garbage but a good fairytail for minorities or rebels, the truth is: Russia will only get bigger. Old russian empire and soviet lands will return and maybe even more.
