He is Alvaro Uribe, president of Colombia from 2002 to 2010. Long story short he has been involved in several extremely violent armed groups, narcotraffic, witness manipulation, forced disappearance of politicians, and manages our boomer generation with the tip of his finger, even now.

LBJ wasn't bad, he led the US in a crisis after kennedy's assassination. Also managed to do a lot to help the poor with the Great Society
