You put in the ammount and a name(for display purposes) and click buy divs, that money then goes to pay others and you get the right to withdraw 1.5x the ammount you put in.
If you put in the largest ammount you become consul and receive 7% of all incoming ether.
If a new consul appears you receive 25% of his deposit, I receive 25% of his deposit and things go like usual.
