Anything stopping me from maxing out my credit cards and then moving to another country and never returning to previous one?
I know my good goy points will be ruined in firs country, but 6 years is the statutory limit on debt being chased anyway. So after 6 years I could go back debt free in my lambo.
Or would it be better to liquidate every asset I have into crypto and just file for bankruptcy? My good goy points would be rekt but from stupid mistakes while younger this shit will be hanging on me for a long time while (((they))) gain from preying on naivety with their usury.
It would be better to man up, get a job, work hard and stop trying to outrun life and your responsibilities.

If you're in the US, the statue of limitations depends on your state. If it's 6 years and they sue in year 6 and get a default judgement, they may get another 10 years to garnish your wages. Bad debt would also stay on your credit for 7 years. Bankruptcy is expensive and stays on your report for 10 years, but after about 2-3 years most creditors won't care too much unless you're trying to get a mortgage.
Chinks, pajeets, and beaners do this shit all the time, though they either don't plan to return or plan to come back with a different social security number so they just dump the bag on the credit card company. In practice, there is almost no international debt collection activity that will ever go come back to bite you unless you leave millions in debt.

And in addition to garnishing your wages, depending on your state they can also seize your shit (bank accounts, income tax refunds, property, etc.).
If you want to do this, live in Massachusetts and return to Massachusetts. They have some of the best laws here.

I'm gonna try this. I have a a pretty high credit limit and no job. I could probably buy about 20 antiminers and the solar panels to run them. I also have residency in Korea but would prefer a country with a lower cots of living like Thailand or indonesia.
I could move their and get bitcoins deposited right into my wallet.
Isaac Reyes
Yeah, my friend did that. Got some angry letters for a while but that was about it. Made credit cards in all the possible banks, bought gold with all of them and flew to another continent.

>create loans from nothing apart from pressing a button on a computer screen >loan it to me plus interest >I use monies to feed the economy >they change their interest rates and fuck me >they get a tax bailout funded by mine and your garnished wages when they gamble too much and nearly become insolvent
>max out cards >get coins >live in another country >return >get sued, they settle for 50% of the debt cost >pay them with a fraction of your internet coins >enjoy life

this is how I funded my youthful adventures pre credit collapse in 08, I had no idea about the law or anything like that until much later. back then it was about 20k but if I knew then what I knew now, it wouldve been 200k

you won't be able to keep your citizenship without paying taxes, even if you are working abroad
I think the USA is the only country that does this
Brandon Ortiz
US and Eritrea the only way around it is to renounce citizenship which is a bit of an ordeal in itself
Austin Price
All debt in the US is erased after 7 years. If you do this, be aware they may try and take any assets you have, so don't have any assets. Return in 7 years and repeat.

You know you can get crypto without (((them))) knowing right?

Would go for it if not for this.
Don't want my family to be bothered. Otherwise I don't get why all these lonely faggots with sob stories don't do this.

The debt isn't erased. Just the entry on your credit report. It's not the same thing.

Matters how much you can borrow
Caleb Sullivan
Your debt is sold to credit collection companies, which try and threaten you and your family to collect then resell it or write it off. It definitely disappears.
