Well I have talked to the developer , and he seems to really want to make new games. Had his mission was to exist scam , he wouldn't have put only 3 ETH in the pyramid(And he will put 2 more once it reaches 100 ETH).

dev is basically locked out of it, gets divs like everyone else: 1% of all eth to the contract, and 25% of each "top contribution" that goes in, which will become fewer and farther between as time goes on. The rest goes to everyone else. You get a higher percentage of the divs if you are the latest top contributor, and you also get 25% of the amount put in by the person who unseats you as top contributor.
