Why do Americans have such a hateboner for honest Chinese businessmen?

China is losing the trade war badly, why are you calling them "honest"? They're on their last legs

I've had candid conversations with Chinese classmates, from China. They are anything but honest. They've in more or less words told me that in china there is no shame in copying, stealing and that being good at lying is a virtue. They are morally bankrupt as a culture - and I don't know why this is. "honest" is the absolutely last thing I would call a china-born chinese. They're weirdos

>THE CHINESE CENTURY IS COMING AND YOU CAN'T STOP IT
>S-STOP IT AMERIKKKA, STOP HURT THEMING! I-I THOUGHT AMERIKKKA WAS CAPITALIST!

America is losing the trade war when they make crap that breaks

>Warns China not to retaliate
P-p-pwease don't retaliate daddy China uwu

Jow Forums is not a classroom, cretin.

They've been on their "last legs" for the past thirty years.

Chinese love making money, but they don't like having to work too hard for it.

Boeing is just a front for the American military

There's no real businessmen in China since all major Chinese "companies" like Tencent and Huawei are actually fronts for the party and the army. Don't tell me you actually bought into the meme that they became capitalist free marketers in the 80s.

You fucking people are ridiculous.
Yes a lot of companies do contracts for the government.
They aren't controlled by the government.
Our government barely has control over anything.

It's just a proxy Huang. No reason to give it (You)s.

>Republicans claim they support free market economics

>"China is on their last legs!!!"
Wow where have I hear this before?

>supporting the idea of intellectual property
>calling anybody else morally bankrupt
One cannot own an idea. There is no shame in mimicry if it's a good idea.

>but the chinese government does

Most major anti-monopoly measures in US history were undertaken by Republican administrations, whereas Bill Clinton signed the Telecommunications Act of 1997 which allowed the wholesale consolidation of the media into three or so giant companies.

It is true that competitors from other countries could fill in for China in the US but this would hurt US consumers way more since other manufacturers will just raise their prices if the demand stays steady. Or the chinese could just sell their products through another country like the Phillipines to the US.

We didn't need Chinese crap before Clinton signed away US manufacturing in the 90s and we don't need it now.

They aren't necessarily "fronts" but imagine a big successful company and the government comes and says "Huawei, we'd like you to give us access to some of your products/implant these programs/hardware into your products"
There is no saying no.
Some form of backdoor has been found on virtually ALL Huawei products

This is exactly how National Security Letters work in America.

Private enterprise in China is considered a privilege granted by the state, not a right, and it can be revoked at any time with no compensation. Also it mainly applies to small businesses while finance, heavy industry, and energy (Friedman's "commanding heights") are still state operated and managed.

>fronts
lmao

>capitalist free marketers
They surely are Capitalist but claiming they're bought into free market is just absurd, Have you ever heard of Planned economy

You are a brainlet if you think american tariffs could hurt China more than giving up the Made in China 2025.

China subsists entirely on stolen/reverse-engineered technology as they can't create anything on their own. Cut that off and...

I literally cannot find a wojak brain stupid enough for this post

Pay royalties to Greece for democracy

>finance
>state operated

Good. The privatise profits, socialise losses of the west is undefendable.

The only ones getting fucking raped by this dispute is me and other investors/consumers. Stop fucking with my retirement fund. There is no winning to be had, it’s just everybody losing various amounts of shit, this absolute toddler tier rationale.

>be American
>allow rat feces into food
>build inefficient gas guzzling piece of shit cars
>airplanes are flying coffins
>nobody wants to buy your worthless shit as a result
>claim this trade unbalance is because EU and China are "taking advantage" of the US and wage trade war
honestly Ameriturds can go fuck themselves

Being incompetent isn't reprehensible in democracies.
