You will find the same popular shows and movies. But I use this particulair one to find documentaries, apps etc which I didn't know existed. Besides, there is a huge difference between the trackers for when they upload something.
Also, I'm a member of a Danish tracker for obvious reasons.

Maybe HBO productions are already sold in the West by different local producers who dub/sub the series while nobody did it in Eastern Europe, so by spending some money they eliminate the middle man and get as much money as possible from the Eastern European market.
