The CPI-M is in charge of Kerala, the state with the best HDI.
The CPI-L is in charge of promoting naxalism, bombing police stations and kidnapping politicians in rural areas, educating, arming and fighting for tribals when their lands are encroached. Our army recruits from refotmed prisoners since they’re all brainwashed into arming themselves young.
Both the CPI-M and CPI-L hate each other but thankfully they are stationed in different parts of the country.
Then there’s the usual frauds portraying themselves as “communists” while taking backhand funds from American corporates and the Church to stage protests and act as annoyances.

They absorbed relativ much but you have to keep in mind that the SED/DDR gave up basicly. They themself are pround and critical about DDR and the eastgerman parts of the party more often are the more "reformist" and realistic party wings, while western parts of the party tend to recruit from old left radical parts.
