The more you talk (with people or with yourself) the more fluent and well-spoken you become.
It took me about 1,5 years to come to this level. I would spend most of my day immersing myself in English (reading, listening, writing, speaking) and not speaking Russian at all.
Thankfully, I live alone and don't interact with people in Russian much (apart from when I pop down to the shops or go to the uni/work)

Find yourselves a British youtuber whose accent you like and just mimic them. Out loud.
Then record yourself and analyse it.
A good thing would be to post your recording here or anywhere else where native could tell you if there's something off about the way you speak and give you a precise advice.
