No they don't. There have been countless child studies to confirm that children only start to view other children different after their parents instill certain prejudiced views inside their heads.
Children respond to people who look different but it is out of curiosity and then afterwards, fear of being punished by an adult for associating with someone they were told not to. Remove those adult prejudices and the children intermingle as kids do. The only real "segregation" which has shown to occur is when children cannot communicate proficiently enough with each other, mainly with different languages, and tend form smaller groups around language commonality.
