Came back from 1,5 month vacation, sales job. I guess it is ok while you are on speed.

Going to be looking for new jobs all week. Since the min wage hike I now make ¢0.6 more than pimple faced dweebs at Walmart. No $4 raise for me.

However I have the skills to be making a bit more money now. So hopefully I can find a new job.

Contract says i cant leave the building for lunch unless i punch out, i have to request permission to do so. The chemicals i work around can take skin off easily. Theres barely any ventilation, the managers are all elitist pricks with tans and stock options. The old union guys are literal boomers that make all the decisions and fuck the young guys because they don't care and want to ride out their last years until retirement. The management is forcing 12 hour rotating shifts and getting rid of Saturday and Sunday OT because they're considering them regular days of the week. I come in for 7-3 and wait in line with all the other wagies to punch in and out.
