Is that serious?

Is that serious?

Is german really that common in Slovenia? I understand Denmark and Netherlands, but why Slovenia?

Maybe a lot of Slovenians work in Austria?

They are being absorbed

historical ties with Austria

hmmm... If Austria annexed it they would have a access to the sea

>not in the EU
>won't speak proper German
could you please grey us on the map? tvm

what exactly does "knowledge of" mean? at least what level of proficiency?

Proper german isn't really proper german, but a picked dialect that the central government decided to use to unify the country.

Half of Germany spoke a even weirder german than you do long after the unification

Probably something like being able to understand a newspaper article.

You're the expert João, thanks for explaining my country to me.

shut the fuck up you arrogant faggot

>autistic screeching
Are you very mad germlet?

How is life in Saxony-Anhalt?

Historical ties with Austria and most kids learn it in school as their third language

third language?
Is Slovenia a trilingual country? How is that even possible?

are you dumb?
1st Slovenian
2nd English
3rd German/Spanish/Italian/French/whatever

How's that surprising? Most European elementary schools have two foreign languages as classes, one of them being English and the other one something else, here it's German. Most people here also speak Serbo-Croatian

No reason to be rude.
I'm just saying that it's really hard to learn three languages.

>No reason to be rude.
yeah sorry
English is the priority foreign language in schools ofc and if it's possible the pupils learn a third one too, in my school you could learn a fourth one even
I never liked French or Spanish tho so I dropped French as soon as I could and picked a science course over Spanish
maybe I should've tried Spanish retrospectively but meh

I wish I was european

Can't you get Portuguese citizenship? You're all set if you get that since you're a EU citizen and can move pretty much everywhere you want and get mostly free education

Not really.

Slovenia is honorary German
No wonder why they're so succesful compared to the rest of balkanoids

look at this cope LOL
why do they always do this

feelsbadman, good luck in Brazil then, hopefully education there isn't terrible

Could be worse I guess
