Real answer, I've dated girls from all three places and have only chosen to settle down with a jap girl. But like any country, every girl has flaws and there is no objective best, it's case by case. Overall have had much better experiences than with white girls tho. I'd say in general Japanese girls are the best, the least materialistic out of the three from experience.
