For those that don’t know. Eth town is a new game that is like crypto kitties 2.0. You buy into a floor with eth and then you get their ingame currency called etits (tradable on fork delta and some others ~.01 right now for each. You can buy heroes with diff levels from 1-15 and the higher level the hero, the higher % of the proceeds you get from the floor. Ranges from about 5-9% depending on the hero you use. Say if you put 1 eth into a floor and the next fills up after you. You’d get your 1 eth back + 5-9% of 1 eth + their ingame currency. So far there has been over 25k eth volume in 4 days. This is fomo3d levels. It’s ran by a real Game company as well. Plus you can fucking buy sminem to save the whole eth town world.
Floors fill up fast within a block or two so you need to be quick. Lot of demand. Pizza floor is my favorite right now, get yourself a level 6 character at the least. Lot of eth to be made here. Thank me later

The catch is that if you get stuck bagholding it you lose your ETH, you get a conolation prize of an ERC20 token called ETIT at a rate of 200ETIT per ETH you spend. Also the timer is 30 days soon to be 60 on pizza floor for selling it so that's a long time with everything locked up. Currently ETIT is trading at above .01ETH per ETIT but that would of course dump after a floor gets bought and that much ETIT gets minted.
Don't get me wrong its definitely possible to make money on this and I've made some myself but there's quite a bit of risk too. You don't know when it will stop flipping and some of the activity running the price up could easily be coordinated by a group of people. Also do not buy the discord floor that thing is not going to fill this round.

It’s really a neat concept. It’s like multiple pyramid like p3d that don’t dump and no unfair distribution, all the same price AND you get their ingame currency which someone just spent 26 eth on fork delta buying ETIT’s Crypto kitties was huge and had minimal gameplay. Ethtown has that plus an aspect to make eth on the floors plus mini games plus etit plus you can go on expeditions and shit

You get lower ROI on bidding without a hero. A standard floor goes up 10% a round without a hero you only get 2.5% and most of it goes to ETIT holders as a dividend. With a level 0 hero you get a bit over 5%, with a level 15(max level) you get 9%. Oogle is half that.
Also discord floor probably won't fill so you'd just be locking up ETH with almost no payout if you bid on it and worst case it does but doesn't fill next round and you get no ETH and only ETIT.

The discord floor was insanity. Besides that floor, every one has been filling up within 1-2 blocks usually. Dao slowed but still filled. It’s jjst getting started especially since pizza floor had 100 failed transactions trying to get into the floor.
It’s crypto kitties but with much more shit. You can merge (breed) heroes for higher level which means you get a bigger % of return. If you’re a neet this is a game to play, I’ve been locked in my room for most of the day in the past 3 days or so. I’m not a neet but this shit is turning me into one. Definitely addicting but the gains are worth it. I’m sure others feel the same too. I’m also super bullish after that dude just spent $12k on ETIT’s

You will see the same thing that happened with discord happen with other floors soon. They'll continue filling up with many failed transactions, then at whatever arbitrary point the group decides to stop it won't fill for a few minutes at first. Then within ten rounds at max it'll stall and not fill at all. I've made a good bit on this already but I get the sense that some people are starting to get hysteria with how far they think it can go and that usually directly precedes something ending.
