Am I the only one who is telling everyone I know about the potential of crypto in general? When I finally make it I don't want to hear anyone begging for handouts from my robber barron tier wealth. I want to be able to smugly say "I told you about it when it was under the radar, gave you free access to the best picks so you didn't have to spend hours sifting through the swill on obscure goat shearing enthusiast forums, and you chose to do nothing with the information. You took no risks, so you get no rewards."
I even gave my family crypto for Christmas and they looked at the paper wallet like I gave them monopoly money. Oh well, I guess they'll be able to buy I new car in half a decade when they hear about the crypto I gave them on CNN and frantically go through their sock drawer looking for it.
can you spend more then 5 minutes explaining the benefits?
Carson Allen
if you're a smart user answer me this:
i want to dca into crypto but can't decide if i stack neo or link. considering the fact that chinas economy is rising and i get free gas for accumulating neo, it seems like the better option. yet link might change everything sooner or later and i don't want to sleep on this as well. what would a smart user do?
normies dont care about markets or investing, much less crypto. Stop it, its making you look like a fool
Jacob Hernandez
What did you shill them?
Jaxon Perry
I try not to talk about it much because I think that most people will just panic sell drops and lose money, particularly if they're used to traditional investments.
Isaiah Brown
>chinas economy is rising It's falling.
Nolan Cook
>normies dont care about crypto They did at one point. Then they lost all their money and said "fuck it, I'm out".
Yeah, I spent like half an hour explaining what crypto is and what smart contracts are during Christmas. Idk if I did a good job or not but basically said "imagine if gold was also PayPal, that's bitcoin. Now imagine if contracts were like the apps on the appstore, that's smart contracts."
I'm incredibly bullish on link and over 80% of my portfolio is in it, so I'm biased here. But, for dollar cost averaging I'd say you're better off buying and holding eth on coinbase. Idk how much you're looking to invest and at what intervals, but if it's like $100/week or something you'll lose a ton from exchange fees. Coinbase is already 1.5%, network fee to binance is like a dollar, trade fee about a dollar, withdraw fee about $5, then another network fee. You'd be down something like 10% just to get your neo or linkies. I can give you a better answer with more info, though.

Over the years, bitcoin, eth, antshares, and now link.

I'm fine with looking like a fool today if it means I can tell them to fuck off in a decade when they want to hang out on my yacht and tell me about their business idea.
Benjamin Butler
i'm averaging 300€ a month via normiebase usually
Jayden Collins
you can act all smug once you make it. Before then, you are just a fool talking nonsense
Yeah, I'll stick with what I said previously unless you can find a cheaper fiat gateway that sells neo or if you want to wait for your balance to accumulate for a month or two and then diversify. There's honestly so much good stuff out there, I'm just trying to buy as much eth, btc, etc, ltc, xmr, and link while I can still reasonably get whole units of them. Honestly, there's very few projects out there that won't do exceptionally well long term that it almost doesn't matter what you pick. I personally think link will do the best in the short to medium term, but overall we're about to witness the greatest wealth transfer in history as old money floods in causing normies to fomo. Peoples entire life's savings will be worth fractions of a mBtc. Your tiny exchange balance that is left after you withdraw will be enough to buy a house in a couple decades.
Mason Gray
Neo over link If you really anxious about it then 90% neo 10% link
Nathan Evans
Isn't that bullish for Neo then?
Eli Ramirez
I don't tell anyone anything about my involvement in crypto. I've been tempted to a few times swept up by the excitement but got a hold of myself thankfully
If people ever ask me about how much I have I say I lost most of it in mtgox or I cashed out to buy a car before the 2017 bull run. It makes them feel like we're on the same level.
