Some days ago some anons were posting about drugs and medicines to help improving mental skills, they were talking specially of Adderall and another medicines that unlike adderall, is not restricted, and used to substitute adderall
All drugs are a temporary, short term solution, which will make things worse in the long run. And the longer you use them, the longer you'll have to work to become normal again. "Pills to improve productivity" are a meme
You only need two things OP. And it is much easier than you think. Vape nicotine. Buy the highest mg WTA nicotine you can find and heavily dilute it with cheap 0mg of whatever flavor. I spent around $100 on all of my vape stuff and have not spent anything since, vaping every day. It will make you way fucking smarter. Brain fog? Gone. Perfect complement to coffee and better than smoking for health and stealth. Next, unironically monster ultra. The mix of vitamins in the drink put you in god mode for mind and body. It's a little pricey, but you can also get 4C brand drink mix packets at Walmart that have the same ingredients. Not as tasty but you get 18 packs for $3 as opposed to one monster. You will literally not believe what you can accomplish mentally (and physically–theyre great for high intensity workout too) with these tools. It is important you vape specifically because of the way your body absorbs the nicotine. You build up a 'base' layer of nicotine in your system so you've always got the cognitive benefits from it and the more you use it the more that will compound and the better you mental processing and gross motor coordination will improve. If you do this and you're already in shape you will literally feel limitless.

Pills maybe so. But there are drugs that will undoubtedly accomplish what OP seeks, and they are nothing illegal or, if used correctly, harmful.

Both resticted in my Country.

I don't like nicotine. Monster is way too expensive here to drink it everyday, but i can buy cheaper drinks like that

Why don't you like it? It's easy to overdo it when you haven't used it a log, if it makes your head ache and you feel nauseated it's because you're having too much. If you consider trying it again suck it into your mouth but don't inhale it, and only do a couple of puffs. I still don't really inhale it because it hits too hard and your mouth absorbs it well. Yea the 4C packets are great, IMO a lot more convenient than monster even if price wasn't an issue–who wants to fill their fridge with a monster for every day, that's just too autistic for me.

I think adderall, dexetrine, etc are not good for you long term. Check your serotonin levels, once you have a perfect balance with the help of some SSRI's (Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) you can begin to train your brain to function however you need it to. The biggest hurdle on focus and productivity is LACK of serotonin. Without the proper level your brain chemistry creates problems like addiction, not just to drugs but to food, activities, anything your brain gets a kick out of it will want more of and those are all distractions.
Get on some SSRI's and you will be a new and improved version of yourself.
