In the business world, partners means something totally different than what the Chinese projects try to implicate. If Microsoft partnered with Google they’d basically be on the same team. They can’t use certain words and they can’t implicate too much...yet.

Smartcontract is the company, chainlink is the network you dumbass. You do not partner with networks, you partner with companies. That would be like partnering with Microsoft but saying you partner with Windows.
