So how does this work exactly?

If I send my BCH to this organization's address, how would they even know it was from me and give me my premium account key? Can someone explain to a complete crypto noob how this isn't a pajeet scam?

You have to send your BCH to their BTC address, otherwise they won't know it's from you

you are given a unique deposit address, so in theory anyone could send money to it but you are the only one who was given this address. they won't know exactly where the money came from but they will see money hitting that address and then release your file or whatever pajeet scam you are paying for. the scam is in getting you to pay for some download, the payment method (BCH) isn't a scam

Download Electron Cash and put in your reference number or whatever number they give you in the description field of the payment you're about to send them.

Like this guy said I'm not sure about Coinbase sorry, I don't use it. If you haven't sent the payment, just send it to a wallet like bitcoin.com or electron cash and then pay from there. You don't need to wait for confirmations to re-send the payment so it's quick as fuck and the fees are always

Everyone replying is retarded, and has probably never bought anything with crypto before. OP, the address they generated is specific to your transaction. Once the balance is greater than or equal to the price, the system will mark the invoice as paid and you'll get your hosting or whatever. You can send it from whatever wallet you want and don't need to do anything fancy or complicated, just send enough to cover the mining fee.
