Someone from Reddit probably just did a market buy or two.
This basically happens every time I've tried to buy and I went from 0 to like 30k to like 75k to 120k to 150k to 220k to 300k link, jump by jump.
Nothing for sale around market price so the price spikes a few percent every time someone buys a stack.
If one person is enough for a a short pump, then I bet sustained pumps are likely multiple people fomoing themselves a modest stack, or one person getting themselves several stacks.
The only ones that surprise are when everything is crashing and ChainLink has a USD price floor. That seems like it has to be someone with money stashed away in Gemini or coinbase just to buy fucking link at a planned buy price, because someone fomoing in with their BTC stack during multiday downswings as the price falls in sats is literally buying high/selling low in sats.
I am still salty that I was waiting for $0.15 linkies and then some fucker started accumulating at like $0.17 or whatever the recent low was, and then I fomoed in at $0.25 and $0.31 with the money I set aside for buying low.
