Its not just that map, on many maps Portugal is grouped with the eastern Europeans instead of its intimidate neighbors, despite exchanging more goods, money, culture, blood and semen with them. Something deeper connects the Moor and the Slav, in a realm above the material.

Lisbon area is 20% black/mullato and it has 3.3million, so 660.000 just there.
There's quite a lot in Algarve too, and about 200.000 spread in the rest of the country
