There isnt much of that ancestry at all in Italy, most of the Germanic tribes just ruled over the native population and didnt really mix with them or replace them. The germanics themselves were assimilated into the local culture over time. Most native italians will be just similar to the ancient populations that were there such as the celts in the north, romans/latins in the central area, and more greek in the south.
Not sure about Spain but I wouldnt be surprised if it was a similar situation
