As far as i can tell, there are no rewards that are specifically targeted for women, like the 72 virgins. However, it has been mentioned that women would get everything in equivalent to what men get. There are several verses in the quran mentioning this because a lot of women asked this question to muhammad. So the way i see it, in heaven you can get whatever you want, and the 72 virgins is just an example of what men can get at the very least.
