>watching news >news report shows stabbings, druggies shot, people robbed and shot, druggie murdered and stabbed people, etc >family doesn't care and even laughed (guy on drugs talked funny) >show news report about Japan's mass stabbing incident >"oh no how terrible, how tragic, that's so sad, pray for Japan etc"
There's something really wrong here. Do you think so Jow Forums?
third world niggers are supposed to kill themselves it's sad when actual human beings do it
Alexander Edwards
What drugs are a problem in the Philippines? Is it mostly meth?
Eli Torres
>meth Don't say that word here out loud. Do you want me shot?
Noah Butler
>Do you want me shot? Yes
Ethan Jones
>i suffer in the philippines
Jason Campbell
Isn't it too expensive for poor people there?
Tyler Gomez
They call it "sh**u" and it isn't so expensive compared to other drugs that is. Duts hates that word so I have to censor it for my safety.
Nathaniel Sanders
Your family is truly repilled. Local news only reports on bad things so they can get more views, since good news doesn't get as many eyeballs But truly heinous events like a mass stabbing would be worthy of empathy no matter where it was.
Tyler Diaz
What are you then?
Justin Gomez
One thing happens everyday. One doesn't. Headlines don't do normal.
how about you just stop making suffering threads and avatarfagging
James Wilson
More like bad news has become such a norm in the 3rd world that people just laugh it off. It's like piling problems one after another, at the end of they day they're just the same old suffering.
Sadly, I don't doubt that it's true, but Duterte is also not journalist friendly to say the least.
Aaron Nelson
Western media has been treating him unfairly, but some criticism about him is valid. Amazing how he gets shat on so much these days, while other people who did similar "drug wars" in history have not. It's not his fault Trump wants to emulate him.
Jacob Brooks
If the Philippines were really as bad as you make it out to be, you would have seduced a western boy by now and gotten him to import you into his country of origin.
Carson Stewart
Even here in america, a """"first World""" country, the news networks will even play clips of people stealing $10 worth of something just because they don't have any violent attacks to play. Bad news sells, I doubt itd be different there.
Kayden Kelly
People are used to stabbings here we aren't excited if it happens in other countries.
Adrian Watson
Nobody even pretends that America is a f*rst world country
Noah Perry
idk what nice part of the country you live in but every morning when i turn on the news there are a couple murders, shootings, robberies, fires, car accidents, and car jackings. and by the end of the day there's even more
Luis Moore
While that may be true, in our case, good news sells better than bad news these days. Good news has become very rare. But you are correct generally. People these days love talking about good news, with the occasional bad news.
Tyler James
>J*ps >actual human beings
Blake Nguyen
I live in the hellscape that is new York city When the news isn't some homeless nut attacking people on the street they play petty crimes to continue the cycle of bad news.
That's why it was in quotes, friend.
Good news, at least here, is usually just a failing of our systems covered with a temporary solution. Like that billionaire who cleaned up student debt of some graduate class, which was played as good news. But why would just one graduate class have millions in student debt in the first place? Should people have to get deep into debt to get a good job when every other country that matters has free or much cheaper college?
There was also some lady who had "amazing co-workers" who were willing to give up their vacation days so said lady could properly go to cancer treatments. Which was played as good news Sick leave is nearly non-existent, and it's a failing of our system that employees need to make sacrifice so someone can get treatment without being homeless.
John Bailey
I guess stabbings and drug traffickings are so common in the Philippines that people are gonna start laughing and joking about it This is natural, in the US, there’s lots of Americans that joke about shootings and obesity despite it being a problem, in here people joke about car accidents and extreme hot weather too because of how frequent they are
This picture here convinced me to watch the show, it better not be trash lad. And don't watch the news by the way, the constant stream of bad news can fuck you up mentally, for example: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mean_world_syndrome On that same note also limit your Jow Forums time (or from a lot of online "communities") from time to time lest you end up brainwashed like those folks that got indocrinated into becoming trannies, nazi extremists or r9kids that put bullets through their skull because their ice cream fell and they felt sad and lonely. Godspeed
Sad, really. Also, I like your taste in anime girls.
It isn't trash. Just read the manga instead. >lest you end up brainwashed like those folks that got indocrinated into becoming trannies, nazi extremists or r9kids that put bullets through their skull because their ice cream fell and they felt sad and lonely More like, go out every once in a while. Staying a NEET just makes you depressed a lot.
