Simple Victorinox knives, although I've been playing with making knives for a while know, and probably going to make myself a kitchen knife this summer.

Sharp as a razor, cuts meat, vegetables and everything else without problems. Quality carbon steel as well so easy to sharpen and keep in nice condition.
No i only cook common meal, nothing fancy
