ah ok, we were misunderstanding each other but i understand now welfare here is not much compared to america but if you rent a place with a lot of room mates and make some money on the side with begging or whatever else you can survive if you don't care about eating very good food you can live off cheap stuff for like $150 a month, there is also private welfare like churches and temples that feed people for free, as well as free food donations that will give you a week or two worth of food once a month
