Look up minox + fin 1% topical w/ nizoral. You can get some "lost" hair and volume but roots that are gone won't grow back folicules. Effects should be minimal and your hair should be better after 6 months. Just remember you'll be doing this for your whole life so be prepared for he rotine and costs it comes with it.

Anyway, medicine is just poison for your body so you shouldn't take it. Either get a human hair wig or hair transplant if you are still young.
