stay disciplined when you're buying groceries and don't buy bad food in the first place

I live with my parents
I am 24

You want my opinion? Be glad it's food, I'd rather be fat than have serious drug abuse problems.

The eternal Sw*SS 666 SATAN

how can you still eat sweets? i physically cant accept the concept of eating calorie bomb any more.
like i just cant do it impossible to put it into my mouth

Just drop the fork Edwin

Dude, who gives a fuck.
Im sure you are a very cool guy to hang around with and im sure you can make your friends laugh and have a good time
You enjoy food, maybe a bit too much, but who the fuck cares, thats your thing, you do you
You gotta learn to enjoy life and not beat yourself up over these things
If you really want to become autistic about food like the retards on Jow Forums im sure one day youll probably make the switch but until then just do you
Fuck what everyone else thinks do what makes you happy

That shit happens to me too. I got fat just by eating a fuck ton of calories during the night. Maybe we have binge eating disorder.

it's over for me bro's....

I've been on a diet for 3 weeks doing intermittent fasting and calories counting. You can do it fren.
Also avoid refined sugar, it causes addiction and is extremely bad for you.

try jogging and use bike (you're dutch ffs) instead of car/bus

Is it because of the Rahmadan? I tought you had very cultural and social aspects related to it, like making big feasts with the family when the sun sets. How do you manage to avoid binge eating during this period?

stop selling me chocate
selling fat people chocolate is worse than stealing jewish gold from holocaust victims

the one with the nuts looks nice..

Try not to eat for a day. It will be really fucking hard. But once you do it, you will be able to do it easier the next time, and so on. Eventually if keep pushing the limits of how long you can go without food, you will start to cull your habitual dependence on food.
It all starts with putting down the fork. You will find it hard, but you will gain confidence after doing it again and realizing it gets easier. That is an easy way to start the momentum that could lead to a better life.
Consider this an intervention.

Yes, Ramadhan motivated me to start this diet because I MUST fast.
>big feasts with the family
My family are ok with me dieting and they don't push their food to me.
If I'm invited to my relatives/friends place, I just eat slowly so that they don't notice my small portions of food.

1. start walking a bit each day, increasing the distance each week

2. accept that certain things should be eliminated from your diet. and by eliminate I mean gone, not rationed or reduced. GONE. These things may include "drinking calories" like alcohol or soda. Or chocolate, or doughnuts, or desserts entirely. You decide, but the point is some things must be eliminated. More extreme choices might be white bread or white rice, anything too refined or "empty calories"

3. understand the concept of macronutrients--carbs, protein, fats. boost your proteins. they are excellent for feeling full.

4. I honestly wouldn't recommend "counting" calories or analyzing how "much" you eat. This isn't the focus, the focus should be improving the foods in your diet and eliminating the bad foods. Good foods like eggs, oatmeal, vegetables, brown rice, lean chicken breast, etc. you shouldn't feel limited by. Eat until satiety (feeling satisfied). Focus on eliminating the bad. Give yourself freedom with the good. This makes it easy and clear to follow.

5. This isn't a "diet" by the way. This is permanent. Eliminate bad foods permanently and start exercising gradually.
