We call it sandwich bread here. The point is that you buy sandwich bread because it has so many conservants it doesn't turn stale, it doesn't require refrigeration and it keeps for weeks. Normal people in the country-side buy bread from bakeries that deliver it every morning, in the soycities the soy-chuggers get it from the supermarket, where they usually have an on-site bakery that either buys and freezes fresh bread from real bakeries in order to bake it daily, or actually makes it.

This bread mostly has the same ingredients as real bread. The thing is that this bread isn't cooked completely trough, hence why there's minimal bubbles formed and the outside is soft.
