That's a reflection of India's disastrous public and private education system. A huge chunk of Indian students attend private schools that known for grade inflation and poor teaching. As such, the modi government is likely to force students to attend school until 18 and force private school teachers to be certified by a government standard. For India to a real superpower, the education level among it's lower classes must keep improving
