Will crypto ever succeed as actual currency, or is it doomed to forever be treated as bubbly meme stocks?
Will crypto ever succeed as actual currency, or is it doomed to forever be treated as bubbly meme stocks?
no
It will most likely remain as a speculative store of value forever.
When venture capital enters the market, bitcoin will likely be used as a hedge against altcoin uncertainty
>asking people who bought into the scam
banks might more generally keep btc around as a means of hedging against usd. I still remain skeptical if any cryptos without smart contracts will survive after 5 years
It's not a scam, it's legitimate.
It's a complete scam. However that doesnt mean you can't make money from it
It's not a scam tho.
Why is that a scam, tell me more as your level of retardness aome kind of intrigued me..
Explain?
if there are scares on the value of the dollar(future QE for a future recession) banks would rather transfer their money out of usd to maintain their value until the dollar builds back its strength. This is a version of the "btc will be like gold" argument. Also crypto will always have a place in black and grey markets I promise you that. Zec and Monero arn't going anywhere, mark my word.
nobody can concretely say it's purpose
bitcoin is a meme, there will be no institutional investors to save your neet ass
It doesn't do anything. You buy shares in a company you get a share of the profit. Good stocks gives out 4-6% return each year. Crypto gives you 0% forever. It's never going to replace real money because it's trying to fix something that isn't broken. It was always a ponzi scheme. Neets just wanted to get rich quick.
Depends on Project Nimizuela, honestly.
Why would I use crypto if my bank already has 0 fees?
0 fees are impossible, you are paying the fees with something else
>it's trying to fix something that isn't broken
Jew detected.
>Will crypto ever succeed as actual currency
BCH will do it
IDK, do you intend to purchase anything in the near future with bitcoin?
with your soul
Yes. Food, housing, and entertainment.
that's because it's not your money once you put it into the bank.
they use the money to make gains in the financial market; but when the stock market crashes, they loose your money and get bailed out by the government, which makes your money worth alot less - if they don't get a bailout, then your money is gone.
It’s what you convert to when your country’s currency is crapping out
It will always be an alternative currency.
No government is going to embrace this shit and people get dumber, not smarter.
The people want government currency, even though that may be digital one day soon
crypto won't be used as a currency for many reasosn. They will either deliver some other useful tech like smart contracts or will be a store of value/digital gold (btc)
