Post your nearest train station. It can be tram, metro or long-distance, just whatever is closest. Pic related for me.

Why? Will I get (you)s for it?
about 60m from my place
my elementary school on the left
it say "bank", how is this your school?
Here's mine, the architecture is pretty shit desu
don't you want to learn about how other people get around? and in order to benefit from this thread, it's your moral duty to contribute
I mean this one
It's unironically faster to walk.
what the fuck, how can anyone afford to put an elementary school in such a building
woops didn't mean to (You) you
Oh man that is great. I wish my country had old buildings
alright, alright, it's not that exciting though
They had this when I was living in Portland, Oregon. With all the stops it had every couple blocks, and waiting for people to get on/off, it was much faster to walk.
Honestly it isn't even that old, it was built between 1881 and 1889. It fits really well with the architecture in the area though, where the buildings are 200ish years older than the train station.
If you like modern architecture more then this might be something for you, although I've never been to this station before.
Hey, Maryland! Fuck off back to tra/n/sportation. I live in Balt. And want to die everyday.
it was build like a high school for girls in 1860, only problem is that there was almost no room for some sport facility
Well, my city wasn't even in existence in 1889. Most of the buildings in my area are under 50 years old, and the architectural style is unabashedly modern (aka boring). A'dam seems pretty comfy
here's my elementary in comparison
It really is! I recommend visiting Amsterdam in the winter if you are ever planning on coming here, the christmas lights hanged around the canals make it top comfy
well at least its in some quiet place with space and greenery
Visit our train station! It's half-way between Dublin and Belfast
Nice
about a 2-4 min walk from my house, nothing special.
there's a shitty monorail with like 3 stops in naha, besides that kagoshima and taipei are about the same distance away so one of those
I live in St. John's, Newfoundland. We don't have trains of any kind around here. We used to, but they pulled up the rails about 30 years ago. Today the old rail bed is used as an ATV track. I guess the nearest functioning train is in Nova Scotia, like 2 days drive away.
thats pretty decent for america, surprised that you have infrastructure like this
it looks good from this side, but the actual station is a brutalist junk, its the central terminal btw
Bump
Some Amtrak station, I dont believe we have any other passenger trains in the state, but maybe another Amtrak stop in the capital.
That small little building in the front left is the main building kek
This is the other end of my commute for work. Our rail system is becoming more extensive but not alot of people use it.
30km away from me
bretty comfy
thank Allah that I walk to work
