Some guy got pissed at me for not better protecting something I sent him. Like he left negative feedback and kept ranting. I told him Id gladly pay shipping to get the item back but he refused stating the item was not damaged but wanted a partial refund because it could have been damaged easily. I unironically hate people though ive had a lot of decent experiences and 300+ positive feedback.

If you're buying off of ebay you aren't going to get a quality product because you are prioritizing savings. Both are in the wrong, but I hate people like the buyer that ask for excessive shit when you could just buy it retail BRAND NEW and not have anything to worry about. Stop being a broke bitch

I hate selling with paypal on ebay and one of the reasons I'm into crypto is because i hope that it can enable the internet to have more fair eCommerce.

People bitch and whine about the tiniest things because they know how extremely jewish paypal and ebay is when it comes to other peoples money. They know that if you don't give the buyer what he wants even though it is completely unreasonable the seller will get a ding on their account and their listings will be down-prioritized, fees will be higher etc.

I have no problems understanding why OP would talk in that manner. That guy was clearly out after a freebie or to talk the seller into lowering the price etc.

I have had buyers complain about pointless things that no sane human being would ever consider doing, but since they know that they essentially are holding the seller hostage they exploit it over and over. ebay who loves automation doesn't even do anything to block these pieces of shits since it would require a human touch and sellers cant leave negative feedback for them either.

just cancel their bid/purchase and block them if they complain about anything, it's seriously not worth the risk or hassle and if you have a strong gut feeling that they're going to be trouble, you're usually going to be right. The best buyers are the ones who pay immediately and don't ask any stupid fucking questions. Obviously the seller needs to do their part - have clear, concise listings, explain everything, shipping method/packaging, make sure to point out any flaws with product, all of that, but as long as you do your due dilligence and the customer doesn't seem retarded, things usually work out pretty well
