the fuck are you talking about? those 2 can't pay the landlords pricing so it shouldn't have an effect on whether you can afford it or not. if anything, they bring the price down since fewer people can afford it, and no white person wants to live in a household of 6 like them so the price goes even farther down.

I've never heard of anyone tipping their landlord and the landlord has to fix the leaky faucet anyways.

I once was very nice to my landlord. I helped him with shitloads of things, stayed at home when he called if he could take a look around the house for inspection/repairs and all of that.
The first problem we had he fucked me over regardless.
