I have to disagree; I've been anonymously following Russian Finno-Ugric groups on VK for nearly 2 years and they themselves complain of how tame they are (a couple of times I've seen people write things along the lines of "Insult a Caucasian, he stabs you; insult a Finno-Ugric, he does nothing"). Even on the rare occasion that some ethnic Russian (probably just trolls) writes something negative about Finno-Ugric minorities, the reaction is really surprisingly passive.
Very exceptionally, you'll see some people who are openly not fond of ethnic Russians and/or Christians, but these are pretty much always boomers and they seem entirely confined to the internet (much like the modern-day KKK is pretty much just an internet boomer thing).
