Not unless you're poor.
$100 a week

Is it just you?
Depends how shit you want to eat.
I spend about 100 every two weeks. Living off bread / bacon / eggs / muishrooms. Noodles.
Milk and coffee.
Gives me enough for mcdonalds one of those nights too, for a little reward.
If u want convient good food made by someone else it costs money
Cooking Rice and beans at home is a miserable existance part of life is enjoying food
50€ a week
>budgeting
I spend whatever I feel like. It usually ends up being less than $50 a week. Budgets are for retards who don't have self control.
$21 a week
I eat 3 McChickens a day with extra sauce
>I spend whatever I feel like
>Budgets are for retards who don't have self control
>don't have self control
hmmmmmm
3 mc chickens is not enough food m8
Mcchciekns are tiny
I spent $2500 on a meal yesterday for me and my family. No joke. Restaurant was ok, but they were a bit rude when serving the wine. Your call though man.
$300 - $400 a week.
I eat out twice a day and haven't cooked in many years though.
>sub-$50 a week
>no self control
woke my walnuts, user
Yes. Pic related is the rough scaffold of my monthly food budget when im bulking on 3000 calories a day. This is Australian dollars as well, our supermarket prices are fucked.
You can definitely do something like my pic related, add a few dollars a week for things that this is missing like spices, fresh fruit veg etc and you will be well under $250 a week.
I think 250 - 300 is normal for a adult male, but you can make do with 200 if you don't mind not eating meat with every meal
$100 usually but I get whatever I Want
I'm a fit bro, though so it's all chicken, sweet potatoes, and some fish for my main meals
>used to eat out every meal, spending probably 650 a week on food and drink without even blinking, running up huge tabs at the bar to get me and my friends hammered
>lost job and got sick, now spend 100 bucks per week max and eat the exact same shit every day and never go out just sit at home 24/7, losing touch with all of my friends, thought crypto would save me by december but it's totally dead
holy shit just fucking end me
$5-6.
>$3.65 for a dozen eggs
wew lad. I hope youre getting the brown cage free pasture fed ones
>bread
>no vegetables
>only the least healthy form of meat
Never going to make it
I only eat food fit for royalty so I think I spend maybe $300/week on food.
mushroom and spinach omlette is THE kino budget health food
$50 on groceries
If eating out, never spend more than $14 including tip, never order alcohol while out
If I'm single 50$ lasts two weeks
With girl I try to keep it 100 a week but that never works usually 150
$50/week and you've made it

I live in San Francisco and don't eat garbage. I spend about $700-$800 per week. $20 for breakfast and coffee. $30 for lunch. $50 or more for dinner and drinks.
$150 to $170.
Finally a realistic thread
So sick of reading about faggots claiming they are spending $30 a week on food
That 32m is being good to put use then, I see.
Also there's no shame in admitting your real diet, most of us do it too :)
>going out three times a day
You don't need to go have "drinks" everyday you spoiled faggot
To be honest i only eat at mcdonalds every day and i probably spend 500-600 a month
jesus christ fatty. You really only need about 80 at most for a week (100 if food is expensive where you live). What are you doing, eating cheeseburgers and fries for every meal?
I'm a med student. If I spend more than $30 for food, something is wrong.
good luck getting a meal in seattle at $14
$20
$100 USD
>Finally a realistic thread
Thanks, I try
$50.00/week. Not poor. Make $70k a year. Eat fruit, nuts, veggies, meat only. Lose weight, look good, eat cheap. Purchase a slow cooker and cast iron.
£20 a week, living off of parents money
>another spoiled yuppie reveals he wastes money on vegan food
Why do you do this
I eat fast food literally every meal

Help.
study econ. find hedges. profit
you must barely eat. your body probably looks like shit
I spend 60 bucks or so on food every week. I eat like a king too. I just know how to cook so I buy basic cheap ingredients which don't cost much.
Post belly fatty
Oatmeal, frozen chicken, frozen blueberries, fresh veggies etc are very cheap.
If you meet calorie needs there's no reason to spend more on food unless you're spoiled.
enjoy your cancer
That's less likely to give you cancer than whatever fast food you shovel in your mouth. Plus blueberries will help prevent cancer just a bit.
It's a little high for a NEET but way too low for a NY investment banker.
I made this post to tell you the truth.
$250 a week is quite a lot. Are you eating out a lot? So as long as you are saving at least 20% of your take home pay and don't mind spoiling yourself it's fine though. Ideally you shouldn't be eating out more than once a week. But it seems like eating out every day is being a thing these days with a lot of people. I had take out (McDonalds) three times this past week and feel guilty about it. Rofl
One meal a day
£5 a day
£35 a week max
Dont eat out
>Monday-Friday
8 bucks each day for lunch (fastfood)
4 bucks each day for the night (usually snacks)
>weekend
25 lunch (both days)
4-8 bucks for the night (snacks or some cake related shit)
1 box of cereal a week, 5-6 bucks
I only drink milk, coke or orange juice, usually 15 bucks between the three
I'm pretty fat desu
that sounds about right. factoring in a few pints a week for social purposes. I've been cooking meals for twice a day, about 20gbp a week. just moved here from aus
where do you recommend i do most of my shopping user? i've just been going to the big tesco's.
>he eats 5 pounds of food a day
that's roughly 20 quarter pounders in burger units
About 10$ per week? I have a small room above a restaurant (paid by neetbucks). Know the owner for 15+ years, am their "tech", constantly fix shit. Laid the entire internet over the 4 story building. Am good friends with actual pajeet cooks (bought them some stuff when I was at my ATH too). All I have to do is walk into the kitchen and I get free food. From soup to BBQ fresh of the grill. Or downstairs something from the deli; anything from a huge ass salad to a burrito as big as a baby. Saving so much money on food I don't want to move at all.
Holy shit, counting only calories will carry you for maybe a couple of months but eventually you're gonna get really sick unless you make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need. Enjoy living in a fog without understanding why you can't reach your true potential.
30€ a week
Sounds awesome. Wish I had an arrangement like that.
Loool @ getting used by "friends"
Sub $200. Anything over and you fucked up.
Less than 137 usd a month. Less than 5 dollars a day.
And my country (Denmark) has some of the most expensive food in the world.
how do you do it specifically? what sort of meals?
20$
>I have free food at work
He spends $20 a day, not $40.
No matter how few calories I eat I don't lose weight, unless I eat pure sugar. I need to fast to lose weight.
If you're spending more than $10 a week on food you will unironically never make it
Sounds like you have made it
$250 a week, w/o restaurants.
Live in Scandinavia.
Coarse bulgur rice, high in fiber so it's easy to shit out, about twice as expensive as bulk jasmin rice, but it tastes delicious on its own. It can also be eaten raw.
It's one of the best varieties of rice available.
Costs 1.6usd for 250g of bulgur rice but it can be gotten cheaper if I travel farther to buy it.
When I'm not eating bulgur rice I switch to something called "liver patty" (leverpostej) with white bread. This costs about 2.4usd and is delicious and nutritious.
And then occasionally I do fasting (not part of the budget) if I feel like it which extends my life and also saves me money...
That's a lot of money. Which part of Scandinavia?
maybe if you're living in uganda
I don't budget, I just buy what I want/need. I spend around 30-35 EUR per week. Milk, eggs, potatoes, rice, vegetables, fruit. No eating out. No meat except for liver every now and then for the nutrients, or if someone serves me it.
Munich germany 100€ per week i am cooking every day myself going to bars at the we once.
How do you guys eat for 250€ ?
Norway
Norway is cheaper than Denmark. A candy bar costs the same as a pack of 500g ground meat.
LOL? $250 a week? I spent $250 a week on fucking chicken breasts (I mainly eat this, sometimes fish or red meat but mainly low fat chicken breast). They come from a private farm north of Los Angeles and the fuckers are $28/pound. They're truly natural farm raised chickens who grow up happy with good food and no medicines or injections. Shit is amazing for building muscle.
I buy a green juice everyday with some add ins $12/day
Maybe $70/week on organic berries and veggies
$50/week on special organic pasta made by a restaurant (which I don't eat a lot of)
Maybe $40/week on organic cold brew and kombucha
Basically $500/week on groceries
How often do you do this? Are you a billionaire
I disagree. I get alot from my money everytime i travel to Denmark. Just the alcohol is 1/3 of the price.
Sucks that money is shit and I can afford very little. Room is small too and all my peers are passing me by with wives, kids, careers, houses (kinda envious). Hopeful that my freelance Photography gigs will pay off so I can change that. Otherwise, yeah it is really cool.
$50
At most £20, and I eat a very large amount.
Result of shopping at lidl, not drinking and not being a m*atard
what do you buy from liddles? need tips
t. just moved to uk
Shop at Aldi and go Tesco in evenings when they reduce bread and other items.
I try to stay below 40$ to save money, but end up with 50-60 most times
>$2500 on a meal
>they were a bit rude
What the fuck?
The staples:
"simply pasta"+baresa pasta jar (1 absolutely hige meal for about 70p)
Tortillas, lentils, onions, "passata", canned tomatoes for (burrito like things about £1)
The "wok-ready noodles", onions, cabbage for stir fry (about £1.20)
Other generic stuff: bread, soimilk, all my fruit/vegetables, wheatabix rip off, sauces
Get peanut butter, pizza bases (homemade pizzas using passata/veg) and fake meat from sainsburys.
