I already paid around 1600ron (330eur) for that and like 800ron (165eur) property taxes for 2019. Should you be reliant exclusively on a salary then these would be 23% of your monthly income. Then there would be pension funds, job security funds, income tax and you are losing 60% of your cash even here.
