I failed 6 exams in university and between all of the resits, I'm pretty sure I saw like half of the class there. Failing exams is common, don't think it's that big of a deal

Yes you need to pay no matter what your economic situation after a certain time here. It's not too bad though, like 1600 NOK and I make about 28K NOK netto monthly.

My mental health has interfered with my well-being in college sometimes but some of the college bureaucracy is thoroughly unsympathetic to students with such troubles. I've thought about doing something to expose this but I haven't figured out how yet.

it weird that there just isn't any support network. I mean there technically is, but there isn't really.
You're either fine and would just be complaining or its too late, you should have done the work and you're fucked anyway. No middle ground.

I'm not failing overall AFAIK. There's just some noticeable issues. Thankfully I do well in the classes in my major.
The issue isn't that there's no support network; there are counselors/therapists etc and there are accommodations for students with documented disabilities. The issue is that these accomodations aren't really dealt with in a way they should be. One of the women in charge of them I limits them strictly to what's on the books and gives the teacher a lot of power over how to use the accommodations for students. There was one woman who went above and beyond what was simply written on paper and talked to teachers about individual students to make sure they got what they needed, but she left, possibly because some of the more inflexible teachers complained about overreach.

hardest ive ever failed something i handed in. It's the exact same assignment shit ive done and gotten 70+% on every time.
Thought that subject was fucked and every other was fine. nope. I'm a failure at everything. Didn't even need that subject just picked it to make 4. And i can't even handle 4 like a normal person does without a second thought.

I failed one course in college because I barely showed up. Do you guys even show up to class? You just need to show up and put some effort and you’re guaranteed to pass. Currently in university with two more semesters to go and haven’t failed anything yet. GPA around 3.1.

I once didn’t study for an exam and still got B (and it was a hard one too). Another time I studies like crazy and still got F (and it wasn’t even hard)
