>lift 10 kilo hand weight 25 times in each hand
>bench press 45 kilos 25 times
>50 times on the rowing machine with an extra 20 kilos
>15 pullups

from bed to coffee machine to computer, ~10m total. maybe walk 50-100m a day since i need to piss every now and then. food store is 150-200m from me but i go there with car because fuck carrying a bag.
