Hey, pssst
What have been doing lately? Accumulating much?
Is time to get some SKY, make some nodes, play some Kitties and ready to become a badass to impress your girl
Sure do OP, what about the girl?
Is she your girlfriend?
this really tacky marketing is maximum red flag
if skycoin is a legit project that will actually go anywhere, it has been doing itself a disservice with synth's behavior and bullshit like this here
no person in a company can swallow the pr disaster of trying to get sky adopted for anything because if something goes wrong, everyone will blame them for ignoring the red flags
btw that girl has a 2/10 body for a non-fatty.
The bad pr giver you an opportunity to buy good fundamentals cheaply. I am really thankful that Synth got kidnapped.
You like this girl more?
Maybe you are so anxious about SKY, because you need a girlfriend.
Skycoin will bounce. I am accumulating, and preparing myself for the richening. I am ready.
>I'm afraid of Skycoin.
Why?
Now post the picture of her stickered up with Bcash branding
kek
This image also cracks me up
Why are you calling my questions bullshit? You make me sad.
I am a regular Jow Forums guy who happens to be into SKY and eager to know what other Jow Forums frens are doing.
Maybe it's time for you to get some SKY too. Maybe you will be happier.
look at her protruding belly and then look at her skinny legs. gross sickly skinnyfat waste of oxygen
If my gf looked like her and I couldn't break up I would kill myself. You need a severe case of yellow fever to think she's particularly attractive.
>Dabs on your skycon
At this point you're in some "ironic" cult that isn't really ironic because the majority of people shilling this are actually bagholding or minerholding. Wake up zoomers. Just because something looks exciting and cool to you doesn't mean it's going to be "the next big thing".
for when the mainnet launch?
think that will be the deal of the year for Skycoin
I'm not afraid of Skycoin. Skycoin is designed on biomimetic principles, accepting of human nature. This is reflected in the planned consensus algorithm and the incentive model in it's application ecosystem. Skycoin is what you make of it, and you are yourself, regardless of Skycoin.
I think I found you the perfect one. If you don't like her neither, just admit you are not into girls.
Btw user, this is not a cult, it is called community. Probably you are living somewhere in a basement, alone where you never heard of that. Come and join us. Everyone deserve a second chance.
All the gooks they hire to do these crypto plugs are really ugly. I think they genuinely believe westerners can't tell them apart.
"Just hire this ugly girl cheap, the pig-dog americans don't know any different"
There isn't announced yet an official date, but all I know that team is working on it to be released soon.
Once mainnet launches, users will receive Coin Hours directly for the amount of bandwidth they contribute.
So, yes, will be a big deal for SKY.
Than what are the signs for something which will be "the next big thing"?
Give an example of something which has a chance to become "the next big thing" and why?
Blue looks better on her. Sorry to say that.
Indeed, is a good time to buy now sky, taken into consideration the dip period and also it's not the first time when sky is having a dip, and after it went up. Also, a hardware wallet is on the way.
Agree with the nodes, although, for now, I own a DIY but I am thinking about buying an official Skyminer, now that out there are rumors about launching the mainnet, antennas and many more devices ready to change the world of internet.
Mm, about Kitty Cash, my girlfriend is into, me not really, but she looks happy about the developments. Soon should come out some updates about it.
So, already impressed my girlfriend. :)
Something that hasn’t dropped 90% in value since launching on Binance.
Something that doesn’t have a million competitors trying to do the same thing but better.
Something which doesn’t charge 1 btc for their miner and then pretend you can build your own but then never actually pays people who build their own.
Something that doesn’t require diy miners to be whitelisted - clearly means it’s centralised and censorable.
Something that is actually decentralised and not dependent on the whims of a meth addict named Synth.
Something that has a community that makes good memes and who doesn’t ban people from their telegram for asking simple questions. For a company devoted to censorship free internet they sure do like to censor their social media. Almost as if it’s a scam shitcoin of some kind?
>No.10657301
Good, don't be afraid of Skycoin. Skycoin is not something to be afraid. All the fudding is happening because they now that Skycoin represent a threat for the competition, but for sure, not for the community.
It’s not a dip it’s a steady decline to zero.
okok
but how than this growth community? what is the explanation? all I can see around is more and more Skyminer and more and more Skyfleets
>okok
Fuck that.
>lie
There is a difference between price and value.
>lie
There are no projects trying to do what Skycoin is.
>lie
People have been whitelisted for testnet on DIY machines. Latecomers have to wait. Rewards system will be totally different on mainnet.
>lie
Skycoin is designed to become the most decentralized ecosystem, Synth doesn't even drink alchohol.
>lie
You cocksuckers get banned cause you are only trying to spread FUD
>muh going to zero
kys

node count also continues to increase, over 7500 now.
The only people who have been whitelisted for diy machines are those who also own an official one. No one who solely owns a diy machine has been whitlelisted.
Also explain why whitelisting is even necessary for a supposedly decentralised project? Every other legitimate crypto is open to anyone to mine. No one needs to be whitelisted to mine ether.
Projects that are trying to do what sky does without the scammy hardware sales part: Holochain, Nexus, Radix to name a few.
How do you explain how people who bought official miners had to be reimbursed in sky? Why couldn’t they just make them cheaper? Why did the price coincendentally collapse just before payments went out so their sky rebate ended up being worth a fraction of what they thought they would get.
Price and project are obviously related. That’s why scams like vechain and sky are currently on their way to zero where as legit projects are recovering.
When you have the technological equivalent of your cock hanging down past your knees, you post whatever you want.
This one is a real cutie. Was she just some trade show thot?
Hey shills!
They have the technological equivalent of buying a cheap dildo off alibaba and pretending it's a cock.
No consensus, no real devs (steve doesn't count). No project. They don't even have an organigram! Oh what's that? Your project lead has a public facebook page with his real name and all your marketing people are public and the whole team is on telegram but the organisataion structure is too secretive to post on a chart?

I mean, I could walk you through code and contributers and commits but you won't care. You're a daytrader.
Like I said, when your techcock is swinging around, you don't need to do pointless things like artificial posturing.
No, you couldn't. Because there is no consensus algo (you know, the only important bit?).
The mistake some people make is thinking that the amount of effort required to make a scam with so many lines of code would be unreasonable,
but crypto is a money-printing machine!
It's totally reasonable to run a full-time crypto scam for YEARS, especially if you can run multiple ICOs. You can even hire some cheap chinese devs to do some front-end work every now and again.
>sad because incapable of building DIY miner
Your just talking out of your ass, DIY whitelisting is on a first come first serve basis. Many DIY machines got whitelisted. You don't seem to understand the concept of the Skywire testnet. The testnet exists to test Skywire to aid development. The mainnet will have a different reward system based on the payment protocol, that pays coinhours for bandwidth forwarded. Whitelisting will not be necessary on the mainnet.
>naming a bunch of ICOs
There is a good reason to have hardware, it decentralizes the physical infrastructure of the network, while increasing bandwidth and other resources available. The act of creating intrinsic value. Requiring 1 BTC investment for an official miner is justified because there are no shortage of buyers and it helps to fund development. Future hardware will be made easier to obtain so poor people can participate. The Skycoin project got scammed by the chinese marketing team because this whole industry is full of scammers. It is very unfortunate that they stole so much SKY and dumped it during the Binance trading promotion. Others panic sold, now the price is being supressed by whales. This stuff is out of the control of the team and you need to accept that short term price action is something you just live with. The project continues development and is one of the most active projects.
>price and project are obviously related.
Is this why most projects have such shit development and waste all their funds on hype, listing, and partnerships? Price moves like crazy in short amounts of time. Development and community building happens slowly. Obviously.
What's the point of working on consensus when Skywire hasn't been finished yet? You know, the thing that the consensus runs on top of?
I'm sure you'll make a nice 3x gain and your tower will fall over and you'll move on to building the next tower.
This shit again. The consensus algorithm is the important bit, but POW and POS and DPOS consensus algorithms are not good enough for Skycoin. Skycoin needs a new consensus algorithm that can be either centralized or decentralized depending on use case, support multiple blockchains, and have low energy costs to remove block rewards and transaction fees. This will be a revolutionary consensus algorithm, but you need to have some patience. If you were legitimately interested in acknowleging the truth, you would look on the github and see Skycoin is not only active, it is highly regarded, and that many developers are interested in the project. Skycoin has hired devs recently, and continues to hire devs. Development will only accelerate from this point on. Price be damned.
>The testnet exists to test Skywire to aid development.
The testnet doesn't even use skycoin. Do you know what that means? It means that whatever the testnet is doing --you don't need the coin for it!
Think about it. The testnet is working. It doesn't use the coin. No. Coin. Is. Needed.
It's a common scam to have open source software with a token lazily added, but this time they don't even add the token!
It's a next-level laziness.
>There is a good reason to have hardware
There's a good reason for lots of stuff in the project, a decentralised mesh net would be great.
Unfortunately the skycoin scam team doesn't have anywhere near the competence to pull it off. or even to make a proper go at it.
>What's the point of working on consensus when Skywire hasn't been finished yet?
What's the point in having the most basic fundamental building block of crypto after 7 years of development? Synth himself has said, when talking about other projects, "they don't even have consensus! it's a scam!".
>This will be a revolutionary consensus algorithm
No it won't. It would take extraordinary talent to put that together. Genius, even.
Skycoin doesn't even competence.
Takes time to be the best. It's also worth going through the correct channels to make sure it isn't stolen.
Can we just admit that the girl is hot, but this is terible marketing overrall?
hiring playboy models to shill your coin is something a Jow Forumstard would do as a joke, not the actual coim developers
also, doesnt the idea of sky cham promote cuckoldness? She makes you want to pour more and morr money into skycoin, but younwill never actually get to fuck her asian booty.
Not to mention I've seen posts on other forums where a skycoin team member has threatened a user! They found a photo and tracked down that user's facebook and threatened his family!
Scary stuff. Impossible to trust a team like that.
You should post pics. That will bring those heathens into the light of internet justice.
>It's is a common scam for erc20 tokens to have a token with no use case. Skywire doesn't need Skycoin, Skycoin doesn't need Skywire. In the context of Skycoin, this doesn't mean a whole lot. Fiber blockchain won't need to incentivize miners for consensus, therefore the coins are able to incentivize more productive activities as an application. Skywire is an application for Skycoin. Skycoin by itself has plenty of reason to exist because it solves many fundamental problems with Bitcoin and Ethereum. Skywire is a vehicle to create adoption for Skycoin, a side project. Fiber blockchain is currently being adopted by numerous projects and industries. Watch this presentation at the UN about Skyledger and Obelisk.

>Synth was fudding Holochain!
Suck it up. Holo doesn't have global consensus. They want to use this agent centric contextual consensus, the mechanics of which, will increase incentive for groups to conspire against one another. It's a fucking mess. Skycoin is totally opposite, creating a decentralized global consensus that is energy efficient and able to provide security for multiple blockchains. The same technology also will allow permissioned blockchains to operate, and this is important for many use cases in today's world.
>Skycoin doesn't even competence
Skycoin even has deflationary SKY coupled with inflationary Coinhours, a concept that revolutionizes the way currency represents human economies. Just because you are too stupid to comprehend the project doesn't mean it lacks genius. Fuck off back to your cuck coin moon monkey.
What is the percentage of affect fud or hype affects a project. I would propose to you almost nothing. The fact somone bothers show how dumb they are. Projects succeed cause they are good. Thats all...either work out if skycoin is good or bad and plan accordingly.
>You should post pics
Sure. Obviously screenshots can be faked, but the story rings true from what I've seen.
I think holo and sky will do well. Stop the tribal shit its childish.
Hmm, but how do you know this was a bad actor in the sky community and not someone that just wanted to create a stir?
This is a manufactured FUD against Skycoin tailored for the plebbit audience. You should take it with you when you leave here.
Nah I think this is what most of skycult gets hard for. They get that skyminer in the mail for 1btc and cant help but dance their problems away.
Not a bad actor in the sky community, a sky team member.
I've seen similar reckless threats made, it's in line with their SOP.
But that user is a bit of an idiot, right? Imagine giving a team of chinese scammers access to your personal photos that could have exif data or delivery labels or who knows what! Bad opsec.
But what did you do to verify that it's a sky team member? I'm legitimately interested since I don't approve of this behavior.
Anyone can claim to be anything on the internet.
Out of the three you named only Nexus is doing something similar but its PoW. Radix sounds awesome and if they deliver as advertised they will crush a lot of the market(payments/IOT). Holochain's security concerns me but it is also a great project. 1 project won't completely dominate the space a couple will succeed. No need to FUD Sky with unsubstantiated claims when there are legitimate concerns to be addressed.
hi Synth
Are you claiming that you were formerly a Skycoin team member, and you personally made this threat? Cause it looks to me like its a fake threat, made on reddit to appeal to the feelgood internet justice crowd.
This is not synth, why would he have time for this shit?
I looked through sudo's old chat logs, saw him making wild threats to people, and thought -- yup that sounds about right haha.
Fairly sure I've found at least one of his alts on some other sites too. He has a distinctive writing style.
And sudo isn't even so bad, he just does what he's told. Nothing against the guy.
Hmm, you must find a lot of those sudos on Jow Forums then. It's too bad you didn't document any of this. I wanted to see.
Such circumstantial evidence is so compelling, even against the counter-argument of a pattern of manufactured FUD against Skycoin. Unlikely anyone will go through sudos chat logs so i guess we have to take your word for it? you have shown us such good faith so far.
Yeah, hasn't the outrage been just incredible, Oh my god. its just outrageous.
Anyway all this stuff about who said what is irrelevant. Posts are easy to fake on the internet.
What's important is being fair to investors.
And skycoin is not, for the reasons I've posted above.
I don't think you understand what Skywire is. It runs CX, CXO, and provides data transfer for Skycoin, Fiber, and Obelisk.
An ecosystem is being built and there are several parts that range between being loosely and closely connected.
Crypto investors are not investors in a traditional sense. They buy the coin but they do not own equity in any organization. The Skycoin foundation remains wholly self owned. Coin market prices are volatile and subject to change, and these changes are not entirely under the control of the team. For example, a coin might come under coordinated FUD attack, causing the price to decline. We believe that in the long run strong fundamentals and the accumulation of earnest community members will begin to outweigh short term speculation driven price activity.
>the stuff i posted is irrelevant
>the stuff i posted is relevant
You are a laughing stock
>a coin might come under coordinated FUD attack, causing the price to decline
Or to crash totally.
The way I see it, skycoin can cling to life like bitcoin gold and who knows, maybe take part in the next bullrun.
Or it can crash into the dirt like bitconnect.
To be fair, Skycoin was scammed by its own chink marketing team. They ended up dumping a shitload of Skycoin during the Binance trading promo and fucked the price, there was subsequent panic selling, and now we are being supressed by whales. This is short term price action though, long term is dictated by fundamentals and community. Skycoin has one of the most active and growing development teams. All of crypto is going through a rough time right now and its likely to get even tougher in the coming months. Whatever happens to the price, Skycoin will be one of the few projects that sticks to the task at hand, building technology that will change the world.
They're old bitcoin money and have whitelabel corporate and government projects that they also manage, they're very secure on funding.
>Skycoin has one of the most active and growing development teams
Skycoin has nothing beyond frontend window dressing. No consensus, no competent management, no real devs. Maybe even no money? But who can track accounts in crypto, right?
Anyway, I can't hang around chatting about scam coins all day :) Best of luck with the thread.
I like to think of a tech project as constructing a bed. Anyone can go out and get a shitty futon from a department store or just throw a mattress pad down and sleep on that. It's not special and not impressive to those that would want to adopt the activities that you want to take place in that bed.
In order to build a great bedframe, you need to start with a solid foundation, sturdy materials, great design and be able to draw from experience and verify craftsmanship. If done right, you end up with pic related and it's a welcoming environment that entices adoption. Thots love a quality bed and are happy to spend time there with you, trading digital cats and discussing the coinhour economy.
>Skycoin has one of the most active and growing development teams

Skycoin: you have to be high to believe it.
Why not? You've been doing it all weekend anyways.
