I am just wondering how you europeans would feel about Asians into your classical music today? Would you feel offended that asians play one of your cultural assets from ancient era.
A chinese pianist like Yuja Wang (she is my fav) who always dress modern vivid sexualclothes that does not seem to follow european dresss code, and like Nobu Tsujii,a Japanese blind pianist( he is my fav too) who never saw his skin color but nor saw his mother"s face, and who does not follow musical sheet.
I am just wondering how you europeans would feel about Asians into your classical music today...

Out of 5 people awarded in the last (2015) international chopin piano competition 3 were asians.
I'd say it's more derogatory to asians, since (call me a fucking ignorant), I don't know any composer from asia.

I think musicians should wear classical clothes and speak as little as possible because their tastes and sensibilities often don't live up to what they do with the instrument, and they are normal people, not excellent. Same issue I have with figure skaters, who often choose tasteless music and dresses instead of being modest and letting tradition dictate things they aren't specially gifted at. They are doing a disservice to themselves.
