I still have no clue how people cant view things from other peoples perspective and attribute their own life to mental fortitude and strength while looking down on others. If it makes you have a more comfortable life I guess its fine but people snap a lot in their 20s actually, usually men, and sometimes with no previous visible issues. A lot of people view mental health issues as just 'depression' but theres a multitude of mental health issues that are rarely talked about, completely misunderstood, and even most clinical diagnosises have very little science behind them besides something not working 100% as intended. Its actually kind of scary when you realize modern science has little understanding of mental illness.
